Fixodent Ultra Plus Scope

Tried several different denture glues and was so fed up with insufficient products that require application twice a day especially for lower dentures.  Glue constantly oozing through was repulsive. Having to purchase far to regularly.
Then my local supermarket stocked up on fixodent, which l had to try and to my suprise it worked brilliantly.  Dentures stayed in place for the whole day.  Would absolutely recommend this product.  Saves money, time and no frustrating oozing glue.

Why would you change from the original Fixodent? That was a really dumb idea. Until you go back to precision hold and seal O will not recommend or purchase. Your newer products are useless.

HORRID

I use this Ultra and it works great ! I can even eat corn on the cob which is my favorite. For me, the Fixodent Ultra is the best out of all the others. Great product.

Good

Love the Precision Tip Nozzle and the all day hold. When removing, the adhesive stays on the denture, not your gums. The only thing I don't like about it is the Scope flavor. I only use on my bottom denture and the only time I taste the Scope flavor is when I'm eating. Tastes like you've cooked your food with scope. Is there a Precision Tip Nozzle product without flavoring?

Holds Great, But ...

Love It

I love this product.  It is different from the denture adhesive that I previously used.  It has a different feel and taste.  I didn't think I would like it, but I do.  I am always willing to try new products.  Thank you for allowing me to sample this.

Fixodent Ultra with Scope Flavor, Denture Adhesive

I received  a tube of Fixodent Ultra with Scope Flavor Denture Adhesive to try and I really,really like it. I wasn't crazy about the regular Fixodent, but this is completely different and tastes so much better.

I've only had dentures for a short time, but have tried a couple of adhesive products; this is the best BY FAR!. The denturist, the guy who made my choppers recommends Fixodent Plus and gave me a .25 oz sample. When that sample ran out (two uses) I trued other products (including regular Fixodent) and found the Plus formula superior in every way; holds all day and cleans off just as easily by drinking a hot beverage.

This helps my elderly father eat without getting the discomfort of food slipping between his gums and dentures. No other product stands up to the task of corn on the cob. Which he loves. I am impressed with the hold and that it is not as messy as you would think

I have a partial plate that needs help staying in place.  I tried Fixodent and it does the job.  I like that it has a small opening tip that you can use a little or a lot.  Because of the tip design you can put it on a particular place on the denture like I do.  Very good adhesive!

Great Holding Power

Picked this up in the hope of making my partial plate more comfortable and cleaner feeling. Love the Scope flavor. Such a fresh feeling. My partial states in place now and seeds finding their way under it are almost extinct. This was the first time I used this product ,but it won't be the last. Really a good product

I am very pleased that I purchased this product as it was better than I expected. Fixodent last for ten to twelve hours with out the denture's becoming loose or falling out putting ones mind at ease and not being embarrassed.

Max Hold with Scope Flavor

There was lots of extra residue with application.  Applied as directed but did not adhere as well as my go to Polygrip.  Had a little weird after taste.  Dentures came unglued half way through the day.  I would not use on everyday basis

Boo to the Glue

I have my natural bottoms so I only need adhesive for my upper plate. This worked extremely well. I didn’t feel any movement at all. The taste was pleasant and not overwhelming. I was a little confused about the directions saying be very careful about not over using product due to zinc being an ingredient. I thought zinc was good for us.

Super Hold & Great Tasting!

This is a great Adhesive is really sticks well and doesn't move when your eating which a big plus. It last a long time. It also has good taste and keeps your mouth fresh. This is better than a lot of others i've tried as many have a sweet taste but this one didn't. I definitely recommend this.

Great Adhesive!

This new adhesive is the best yet! Holds like crazy with just a tiny bit. I will be buying this from now on.If you have dentures you know...you just don't put in and forget about. My bottoms need to be "reglued" several times a day. This product does last longer. I do still have to "re-glue" but not as often. I can at least get through most of a ten hour work day with only 1 or 2 "reapply". The taste is the same as most - however less gritty.

Hold Great

As a regular fixodent user, I can say the bond and seal of this product is amazing! I would say it definitely needs scope flavor! Original just doesn't leave the mouth feeling fresh. Other than that I'd recommend 10/10

Excellent hold

I just recently have gotten a lower partial plate denture and I always had to go back and forth to have them adjusted. Either they fit to tight or to lose. So I had the chance to try Fixodent Ultra Max Hold Dental Adhesive for the first time and I was very happy I did. I could eat without food getting stuck between my denture and gums which sometimes did hurt to chew a little depending on what I was eating. To me, that was kinda embarrassing having to make up and accuse to leave the table just to take my partial plate out to rinse my mouth. Since I started using Fixodent Ultra Max my gums are no longer sore, my partial plate feels comfortable and stays in place the remainder of the day. I like how easy it is to use. I just make sure my denture is clean & dry then I apply the adhesive in thin strips as directed on the box and tube. I insert my dentures in my mouth and hold a few seconds.  Now I am ready for the day. I highly recommend the dental adhesive. This is an excellent quality product that works.

I was so excited to give this product a try. It really gives a nice, strong hold. I love the fact that it contains Scope in it. It really helps to keep the breath smelling good and refreshing. I'm truly satisfied with this product!

Gets the Job Done!

This is the best denture glue I have ever used it has a stronger hold then the regular and with the scope flavor it makes your mouth and breath feel fresh and clean. I also love the smaller tip it has makes it more easy and precise to get in the smaller areas and I dont waste as much. I wish they all had this tip.

I gave this product to my mom to use and she just loves it.  She currently buys the same product at the grocery store. She was so excited when I received it. The product keeps your teeth in place all day. No pasty taste.

Denture

Being a person who wears dentures, this product is a must have.  It works so good and the taste is not bad either like some adhesives.  It is easy to use and works really well for the whole day long.  I would recommend this for any denture wearers out there.  It works great!

Works great!

This product was a change in my usual adhesive. I tried it because of the different qualities it provided. I like the taste of the mouthwash and it's adhesive qualities were good. I did have some problem with small food particles getting between the gums and the upper plate. But overall it was a good product.

Nice Change

I have always chose fixodent as my denture adhesive so when this product was introduced to me i was very happy to review it. Its even better than other fixodent products and I have tried all of them. This is my preferred adhesive now. It lasts more than a day when you put it on. Theres no tacky or sticky feeling in your mouth. There is no gross gag inducing taste either. It is by far the best of the best in the fixodent line. And fixodent is still by far the maker of the best products for dentures

Excellent product

I real like this adhesive. My dentures don't slip or rock in my mouth when I use it. It tastes really good. It has a soft mint flavor thats not overpowering. I would recommend this dentures adhesive to anyone with dentures or partials.

I've been using this for about 2 weeks now and the hold is awesome. My dentures stay in place no matter what I eat. The scope flavor is a definite plus. My breath is fresh and clean. I love that and now I don't have to worry about bad breath.

Strong hold

This denture adhesive has a good & comfortable hold & doesn't leave behind any sort of sticky residue. No worries about the dentures shifting while using this. Been using it for a few weeks now & happy with the way the product preforms. There's a slight tingle from the Scope flavor but it's kind of refreshing.

Extreme fit! Holds tight but easy to clean off and leaves a clean scent! Recieved in mail and was excited to try, worked great held strong all day didnt leave a gunky paste to clean out. Scope flavor wasnt to strong just right.

Sealed tight

I am not fond of this at all. It is not the best holding denture adhesive out there. The taste does not taste like scope to me. I don't think I will be purchasing this anytime soon. It taste like cardboard to me.

Not impressed

I have had issues with being able to find a denture adhesive that will keep my dentures in place. With fixodent adhesive, they stay in place while eating, talking and even sleeping! I love that it has a scope flavor, it leaves my breath fresh and clean. The adhesive is easy to remove and cleans off of my dentures and gums well.

I got this and it works amazing. It actually hold the dentures in place. We can actually chew food without the dentures falling out. The only thing that I don't like is the taste of it. Other than that, its perect.

Holds

I love the hold of this Fixodent and the confidence that my dentures will hold for hours when I need them to the most. The added Scope flavor is a plus so you can have fresh breath and a minty taste. I love the small pointed tip to get just the right amount of Fixodent on my dentures without making a mess and Fixodent has been the only denture cream I use to keep food particles out and seal my dentures so they will be comfortable and I can get on with life. I highly recommend for partial and full denture wearers.

Fresh Fixodent

Adhesive did not work.  Tasted horrible.  Applied to clean dentures, thought they were going to stay in place and then they let go.  Got the goo off of dentures but took a few washings to get rid of taste.

I find this particular tube of Fixodent much better than any other. It tastes great and doesn’t “glob” up like most denture adhesives. I actually was able to eat my steak without worrying that my dentures would come loose after a couple of bites.

Extra hold!

I have always liked the Fixodent with Scope flavor.  It has been my go to denture adhesive for years.  I was anxious to try this version because I do find myself using the adhesive multiple times per day.  Although the number of times is less with this brand.  Using this version, I have been able to reduce the amount of times that I use the product.  The flavor makes it a lot better because the taste of the usual adhesives isn't always the best.  I am very pleased with everything about this product and will make more purchases in the future.

Got this for my husband. He already used this brand so tried the Ultra type. He says the hold is better but it doesn't last as long as the other type he used. So we will stay with the Fixodent Plus with Scope. But this is a good alternative.

Hold is good

I have used other products and  Fixodent Ultra with Scope Flavor, Denture Adhesive is my ho too. I can use it and be confident that my dentures will be secure. I'm not a fan of the scope flavor, however the bond and hold is something you can rely on.

This is a very good product I have partials and they don't fit the way they should but with this fixodent they don't move. I recommend giving it a try and it's nice that it has a light minty taste definitely a great product.0

Works the way you want it to.

I used the Fixodent Ultra Max Hold+Scope denture adhesive for a week and I really like it.  It holds my Dentures in place better than the other brand I was using.  It has a fresh mint flavor and I didn't have to add more adhesive during the day.

I normally use Fixodent products, but this is the first time I used this particular product, I'm glad I did. It provides ultra strong hold. The Scope is an added bonus, as it helps with breath freshening.

The one the most amazing denture adhesive I have ever used it hold really good and help keeps food from getting under your gum's and it's a plus to have a fresh taste of scoop that's mixed in the fixodent

No Slip's

I purchased this product trying to find a better adhesive than my normal brand and it was the best decision ever. I only have to apply it once in the morning and it lasts all day and into the night. I have been able to eat anything without having to worry if my dentures are going to come out or not. The other thing thay i really liked about this product is the flavor is a fresh minty flavor that is not overpowering and the paste is really smooth. It does not take much to keep you dentures in and it is not all thick and pastey. There is not alot of residue to have to clean out of my mouth and off my dentures at night when i remove them. I will definately be making this my new brand.

Amazing

I had the pleasure of trying out the Fixodent Ultra with Scope Denture Adhesive this past week. I was amazed at how great it worked compared to the other brands that I have tried. I would highly recommend this product to my family and friends.

Great Denture Adhesive!

Initially when I saw that this product was "with scope" I thought that would be great.  The mint flavor of the adhesive interferes with food, however.  Just think about drinking orange juice after brushing your teeth.  Also, the warning about containing zinc and how high amounts of zinc are bad for you makes me very very wary about using this often.  I would say that it is "average" as far as hold goes, and that plus the zinc and mint flavor will keep me looking for another product.

Probably won't buy

This item is great, and I love how scope is infused into it. The product holds the dentures really well, and does not make me think that it is going to fall out. Its also very easy to use, and comes in a convenient  packaging.

Great Product

Fixident Ultra is a great denture adhesive.  It has a strong durable hold that will last the day. I apply a small amount to denture hold them in for 10 seconds and good to go all day. A tube will last you a couple months with daily use

Good hold

I received the Fixodent Ultra with Scope last week.  I have used it five or six days.  I really like the fresh taste and feel of the Scope mixed in with the denture adhesive.  It made my mouth feel fresh for hours.
I didn't like that it didn't keep food out as well as the regular Fixodent that I use all the time.  If they can fix tat I would love to use this product all the time.
I would at least recommend people to try it for themselves.  Everyone has different preferences.

Feels fresh

This is an excellent product for anyone using dentures.  I used the Fixodent Ultra Denture Adhesive and it bonded to my dentures so well.  It is the best dental adhesive I have used in my life.  There is nothing like it on the market.

I gave this product to my grandpa to use and he could not stop smiling. He stated that this was the best product he has had. He stated that his dentures do not move. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family.

Great Adhesive

With recently becoming a Denture Wearer, I've had alot to think about. How do I learn the secrets of keeping my dentor teeth in, feeling fresh and how do I come to rely on a denture adhesive that makes my teeth feel secure in my mouth.  Oh, I want feel secure with myself again.  And Ultra with Scope has helped me the most! The Fixodent  Ultra fits quite well giving me a very secure feeling and that they are in place. Oh and my breath is perfect now that we are given a mouth refresher with scope in my Fixodent Ultra with Scope. So now I can honestly say I wear my dentures alot more with them gaining my trust in them  And that there is no need to be afraid. Dentures, Scope and Security

The fixodent Ultra Denture Adhesive is ok, and does hold good but it clogs the top often and you have to put a tooth pick in to unclog and sometimes it happens over and over. So if the hole was a bit larger it would be perfect. I do think with the fixodent you do not have to add as much as the other brands and i really like that.

The glue held my dentures in fairly well, but I could not stand the taste of the glue.   It got so bad at the end of the day I was happy when it was time to remove them. I give this product a thumbs down.

This is one of the best denture adhesive that we have tried. It has the best holding power and a great taste. We have tried others that don’t hold and some that have a bad taste. This is the best one we have ever tried.

Ok first let me say I have the hardest time with glue adhesive but its only option I have. At first I was super happy with the ultra hold bc it held so quick and well but I started to notice that it didnt last as long as the reg super hold. It would dissolve before the end of my hr work shift and just didnt have staying power. I was disappointed and will.continue to use fixadent plus precision hold and seal.

Ive been using my fixodent ultra with scope for about 10 days now and this stuff works great. Food doesnt get under my dentures. The scope flavor makes my mouth feel fresh and clean all day. My dentures dont slide or come out when im not ready. I definitely recommend this product!

I bought this a couple weeks ago, it works wonders. The flavor is spectacular it feels like i just brushed my teeth after insertion. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is skeptical or looking for a new adhesive

I love that Fixodent came out with an ultra max hold, I use this daily, love the nice clean taste of scope you know you don't have to worry about your dentures moving around they stay in place. I will be buying this as needed.

I’ve been using the Fixodent Ultra with Scope for about 2 weeks. I will NOT be returning to my former adhesive.  Fixodent Ultra has an amazing hold that lasts beyond 24 hrs.  I have not had any particles getting stuck under my plate.  The Scope flavor leaves my mouth feeling fresh.  I highly recommend Fixodent Ultra to all denture wearers.

I have been using this brand for ever. I just was not a fan of the gummy taste That it leaves in your mouth. But this particular flavor it don't leave you with the gummy taste in your mouth. I recommend this product to everyone.

This is great

My husband uses Fixodent on a regular basis.  He gave the Ultra a try.  He said he didn't notice any difference between the Ultra and the regular Scope Fixodent he normally uses.  He had to reapply this denture cream at least twice during the day because it didn't hold all day.  He said it tasted fine and worked ok.  Just that he didn't really notice a difference in the products.

This has super hold, better than the regular formula.  It had good flavor and works great. I would recommend especially if you have issues with slippage with regular hold formula. I did find it is a little more work to remove the product from the dentures but it held them alk day with our issues.

Wow! This is wonderful. The hold is a tight fit and my dentures don’t move at all. The taste is good and makes me feel confident about my breath, but isn’t overwhelming. It’s more like a light and pleasant taste of mouthwash. I love eating corn on the cob without worry. Seriously, this is a game changer.

Wonderful Product

I got this with the hope of getting something that would help my fathers dentures from slipping at the wrong times. We noticed the first time he used it that his dentures stayed in place much better and he could enjoy his meals. Great product, I would highly recommend.

love this brand. Usually use the powder but this tube is great for quick use and private use in the inconvenient places you may have to glue your dentures. It also has a taste that is very refreshing!

Works just fine

This review is for fixodent ultra max hold with scope. I wear full dentures and it's hard to find something that continuously holds well. This was easy to apply and provided an all day hold. The scope flavor leaves you with fresh breath. Let's you forget your wearing dentures and don't have to worry about the hold.

I've been using Fixodent for quite sometime. This product us much better than the original.

Better than the original

Very good denture fixative. I like this the best of all of them and I have tried almost all. My dentures stick all day long unless I eat something really acidic or drink alcohol. That said, every brand I used had the very same issue. I like the nozzle end because the glue comes out even and not globby. Nothing is worse than uneven dentures that make you talk with a lisp .With the added Scope it keeps your breathe fresh nobody wants to smell stinky dentures. Also make sure you wait a half hour after application or you will taste scope when you eat.

Fixodent Ultra with Scope Flavor, Denture Adhesive Has above average hold compared to other denture adhesives I’ve tried in the past. The Scope flavor is minty and refreshing but thankfully goes away quickly. Other mint flavored denture adhesives can make food taste minty throughout the day which can be annoying. I feel confident that I can eat apples, corn on the cob and other foods that I’ve had difficulty with in the past. It is easy to apply and mess-Free. I highly recommend if you’re a denture wearer.

I bought this fixodent ultra max hold with scope denture adhesive cream, the 1.8oz about a month ago this is best hold that ive had since I got my denture. I got bottom dentures which are the hardest to hold an they stay great no longer afraid to eat when I'm out, holds perfect smells great an easy to use..highly recommend

Strong-hold

I was amazed after the first use of the fixodent ultra. How strong they hold with only putting three small pea sized amounts on the top and bottom of the denture plates. They hold all day even with eating, I love it! Now I never have to worry about them falling out and being embarrassed. They also don’t leave any sticky residue that I have to scrape out of my mouth which is usually an issue I have with regular paste but not with this one!
I’ll seriously never use anything else again, I highly recommend it!!

Amazing hold!

We got this for my disabled mother. She had been having issues with her regular brand. Her dentures would slip often making her not want to even wear her dentures. So we decided to try something different and found this one.
    She really likes that is has Scope in it. She loves the flavor. After applying it the first time she was really pleased and said it tasted way better than her usual. I am glad to say that her dentures have stayed put with this adhesive so much better than her old brand. She is very happy with this one and I am so happy for her. She has so much more confidence when going out with her dentures now. She doesn't have to worry about them slipping or even falling out. I would definitely recommend this one to denture wearers.

My mother really likes this denture adhesive

My husband uses this product for his dentures. We used to use another brand but upon trying this brand he plans on switching. It has a great amount of holding strength. The other brand he would have to put the adhesive on about 3 or more times per day. With this adhesive he only has to use it 1-2 times per day! Highly recommend!

Wow, this fixodent really works great.  Honestly I didn't think I would like it and use a different a brand till now.  Not only did my teeth stay in with no problems and held all day no matter what I ate.  Also, it didn't do that extra ooze that you get when you put your teeth in.

I used this for about a week. I really like it. And since have bought more. It holds really well. Thats the main thing. Its lasts all day. Plus i really like the flavor. It lasts the biggest part of the day. And makes your mouth feel really clean. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

I have been using the regular Fixodent Ultra for quite a while now and have been very happy with it so I expected the same experience with the Scope flavor but ended up disappointed.  Unlike the original Ultra, the Scope version comes out of the tube in a much finer line and doesn't provide the same level of adhesive as its predecessor. I will definitely stick with the original.

Doesn't compare to the original

This the best dental adhesive I have every used. It hold all day and night. I now can eat food that I could not eat before. I love the taste so the Scope flavor. It taste so much better than plain. It is so easy to use. It takes very little amount to hold my dentures in very well.

Fixodent Ultra with Scope Flavor Denture Adhesive works great! By adding the Scope flavor to this denture adhesive they made it a product I can use daily. Instead of no flavor at all, you now have a Scope fresh flavor in your mouth after inserting your dentures. It goes on your dentures easily, and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to remove from my dentures and gums at the end of the day.

I already use the regular fixodent with scope which is my absolute favorite so I was looking for similar with a little better hold. This fixodent gold was a little better but didn’t have as much scope flavor as the original but the added hold is certainly nice for going out for a nice dinner and feeling secure no matter what you’re eating.

Pretty good and great hold!

Finding an adhesive cream that holds all day long, I found that fixodent ultra works the best. It is a light pink color. You don’t need a lot to get the desired hold. I didn’t find this left a taste in my mouth. Works very well and easy to use.

I have use fixodent for a long while.  I have not tried this type before.  The taste is clean and refreshing with the scope in the paste.  The holding power is as good as the other fixodent products.  Otherall I think fixodent has a winner in this product.

Holds well while eating. I didn't really notice the scope taste. Not as hard to remove from your mouth as paste.  I much prefer this one to the others on the market.  Easy to clean off my partial with mild scrubbing and soak overnight.

I  love  this fixodent ultra with scope. This gives me a fresh taste when using. and this product does hold  yur dentures very tight and last for days. This does come out in a very small flow, not big and guppie.  love this

This denture adhesive  really does stick well.  No loose dentures.  The scope flavor also makes your mouth feel fresh and clean. husband used it as well and he also liked it. Checked it out in store and is a good value as well.

clean feeling

I’ve been using this denture cream for a couple weeks now and the hold seems to be superior to the other products I’ve tried so far. Works great and leaves a pleasant taste in your mouth too. A little bit really goes along way.

Strong!

I struggle with finding a good product for my teeth. My bottom falls out frequently, so it’s definitely a challenge.

I used this product and my bottom teeth are firmly in place. I’m very impressed. I do enjoy the slight cooling tingle this paste leaves behind.

Would definitely use again

I recently received fixodent ultra with scope flavor denture adhesive through tryit sampling community. I have tried another product similar to this a while back when I first received my partials and had horrible luck so I decided not to use this type of product again until i seen this and thought maybe try again.....well to my surprise this works wonderful...it doesn't leak all over and keeps food particles out and doesnt make my partials feel uneven with it on thank yoy for this great product!!!
