This product does not give a lasting hold.

Have been using Fixodent for many years and have always been satisfied with its strong hold. Rarely did I have to reapply during the day. Recently, though, I purchased the No Zinc Added tube. Am very disappointed to say the least. It just doesn't hold my dentures for very long. I now have to reapply at least 3 times a day! Needless to say, I don't recommend the No Zinc formula, and will go back to using your other Fixodent denture creams that I know work.

Hello Thanks for you recent review on our Fixodent Neutral. We appreciate it! Our denture adhesive should hold for 12 hours. If it is not lasting that long, it could be caused by the following: The fit of your dentures. Your nutritional health and saliva flow. Very hot or cold food. Changes in the condition of your gums or bone structure. The condition of your dentures. The medication you are taking. You are not following the proper instructions on how to use the product. This product does not hold up

I've been a denture wearer for the past 45 years. I've used Fixodent "Complete" for a good portion of that time with great success. "No Zinc" version does not hold my dentures in for more than an hour. It starts to turn slimy and I have to refill my lower denture.
